appointment to see me once they have their court papers. You can make
an appointment to see me before you lodge your objection,
or you can make an appointment to see me both before your lodge the

Do you have a
demerit points problem?
You should make an appointment to see me sooner rather than later.
Bring with you all your paperwork - especially a recent print of your
demerit points history which you can order from VicRoads
online, copies of any infringement notices you still have,
copies of any correspondence between you and the police or

Do you owe more than $6,000 in
outstanding fines?
You should make an appointment to see me soon if you want to get your
fines reduced. Bring with you all your
paperwork - especially any paperwork you have received from the
sheriff. You need to bring a printout of "All outstanding enforcement
orders and warrants" which you can obtain from Civic Compliance

You should make an appointment to see me as soon as possible if you
want to get back on the road prior to your court case. More info.

for action. After a conference, if you decide your case is not worth
pursuing you don't need to incurr any further legal fees.
