practice law in Melbourne as a barrister. I have been a member of
the Victorian Bar since 1991. I work exclusively in motor traffic law
and its associated areas of law, including dealing with the
consequences of motor traffic offences and accidents. E.g. drink
driving, dangerous driving, driving while suspended, speeding and all
of other motor vehicle and road related matters.
I accept briefs
from solicitors to appear for their
clients in the major jurisdictions -
Magistrates Court, County Court, and Supreme Court. I can also
accept briefs directly from defendant's
in Magistrates Court criminal matters.
I appear in all Magistrates Courts
throughout Victoria. I have also defended cases in Local and Magistrates
Courts in Tasmania, Qld, S.A., W.A. and NSW.
