- I practice
law in Melbourne as a barrister and
have been a member of the Victorian
Bar since 1991. A major part of my
practice is advising and appearing
in motor traffic cases - drink
driving, dangerous driving, speeding
and all of other motor vehicle and
road related matters.
I accept briefs
from solicitors to appear for their
clients in the major jurisdictions -
Magistrates Court, County Court,
Supreme Court and VCAT. I can also
accept briefs directly from defendant's
in Magistrates Court criminal matters.
I appear in all Magistrates Courts
throughout Victoria. I have also
appeared in many Local and Magistrates
Courts in Tasmania and NSW.
