Medical review

Postby P.pap » Sun Nov 04, 2018 10:00 am

I received a letter requesting a medical certificate on July 13th , July 18th I supplied a medical certificate of my fitness to drive. October 16th I was informed that my licence will be suspended on October 30th.
No other communication with Vic roads. I was never interviewed or examined, yet on the letter it stated that I had been given a rigorous and fair review.
Now I'm being put through the wringers supplying specialist reports and request for internal review to get my licence back.
I'm devastated. .

Is your post just a rant? or do you have a question?

Make sure you are aware of the deadline for taking this to court. The deadline could pass while you are wasting your time with internal reviews.
Although if you miss the deadline there are ways around it.
