Hopefully common sense prevails though - has anyone been charged as of the result of the use of laxatives or the like?

The police appear not to charge anyone with a 49.1.bb offence unless they have evidence that the person's ability to drive is affected, so it has not become an issue. But that does not mean the legislation is clear or sensible.

When will these Drug buses get their testing right?
Seems whenever my Arthritis starts playing up and I take Panadine Forte to dull the pain, our local drug bus gets a hit because of the codine.

So what happens?? You get swabbed, then they do a blood test, then you wait for the results?
