information
Your
personal information and contact
information will be kept
confidential at all times and will

Privileged
communications
All
client communications with lawyers
are protected by legal
professional privilege. A lawyer
is prohibited from disclosing to
anyone information that the lawyer
obtains from his or her client or
on behalf of his or her client. A
client is a person to whom a
lawyer provides legal services.
This means that any information
you provide will never be
disclosed to any person, including
the police or any government
authority, without your consent.
Media
Sean
Hardy will never communicate with
the media about you or your case
unless you expressly request it,
and even then it is likely you
will be advised it is not a wise
thing to do. It is unimaginable
that any of my criminal law
clients would want the media to
report on their case. Some lawyers
are known to invite the media to
newsworthy cases so the lawyer can
get publicity. I will never do
this. In those rare instances when
the media is interested in my
client's case it is usually
possible to dispose of the case
without the media being present.
