Warning to everyone about
Online store called Geekswag.

I bought a pair of Apple Airpods Pro with wireless charging case from Geekswag in Dec 2021. The Airpods did not work properly so I asked for a refund. I got no reply and no refund. Many other people have complained about getting scammed by Geekswag and many have reported that Apple has advised that their Airpods are counterfeit and not genuine Apple products. In my opinion, this site is not legitimate. I believe the Airpods I bought are counterfeit. The site owner is hidden and not approachable. There is no contact address on the website. If you ask for the return address to return defective product they will ignore you. My purchase came with a 14 day return policy, and a one month warranty. I was ignored when I tried to return within 14 days and ignore again when I claimed under their warranty.

I was unhappy because the Airpods did not work properly. Within 5 days of receiving them I emailed geekswag and requested a refund. I got no response. I have now sent 4 emails to them and had no response. I asked them for the address of their office or their lawyer so I could serve court proceedings on them. I got no response.

The return address that Geekswag provided on the parcel they sent me was a semi at 23 Oak Tree Meadow, Horncastle UK. For me, this is their last known place of business, so I will send court proceedings to that address. If anyone knows any other address used by Geekswag, please email me:

I can not recommend you spend a single penny at Geekswag. They exist to rip you off. You will not get your money back. Your bank will not refund your credit card if you actually receive product from them. When you take a good look at the Geekswag website and look for contact information and a pathway for redress you realise the site is set up to make it impossible to trace them. Whoever the owners of Geekswag are, they are dishonest scammers. I hope they sue me for saying that. I have a counter-claim I wish to make.
