I am moving to Vic from Darwin NT, I lost my licence in 2016 for high range DUI (committed in NT) and was disqualified for driving for 12 months and a mandatory driver education course. I have served that time, completed the course and just got my licence back. (A full NT Licence with no restrictions or AIL condition)
I have noticed on the transfer of licence for Vic roads wants to know if you have a previous DUI and if you have been disqualified. I know Victoria has a mandatory interlock law for drink driving offences committed after 2014. when I transfer my licence will they make me have an interlock condition on my licence?
*Also I have never held a Vic licence.

Re: Transferring Interstate Licence / Previous DUI
You should get a clean Vic licence. I don't think they can apply any condition that is not already on your NT licence.
