Does anyone know if I am able to transfer my vehicle to another persons name without a licence?
I noticed that the Transfer Papers require a licence number from the seller or a client number, my licence has been disqualified so I'm stumped on this one.

There is no requirement that the purchaser of a motor vehicle or a vendor holds a licence.
