Winning drug driving cases

Sitting in court today I saw several lawyers and accused presenting pleas of guilty to drug driving offences.
Since 2015 I have been winning nearly all of the drug driving offences I’ve defended. The chances of winning remain very good for people charged with either drug driving and to a lesser extent of refusing a drug test or assessment. Many people wrongly assume they have no hope of winning, but if they really need to save their licence the best option is to object to any infringement notice and plead not guilty in court and see me to get the right representation.

Yeah, they’d have to be on drugs to engage a lawyer to plead guilty to drug driving.
