Requesting Different Court Location

I have been charged with 3 offences relating to doing a burnout, (smoke and noise, loss of traction , careless driving) the case is due to be heard at the Melbourne Magistrates Court.

Is there any benefit to requesting a different Court, say Ringwood or Dandenong instead of Melbourne?

do different courts have different prejudice towards these sort of offences?

COurts dont, magistrates do.

Some of the suburban magis are hard as, as this sort of thing is their core business and they rule firmly. Others not so much.
