My spies spotted you at Melbourne Magistrates Court yesterday Mr. HARDY. Was it a successful day for you?

Isn't it always a successful day for him, as he gets paid either way win or lose
Then again so do I

It was a successful day for my client. Won all seven charges, saved him from at least 6 months of licence loss and bucket loads of fines.

2 x s.64(1) manner dangerous and speed dangerous
s.65A loss of traction
rr 297(1) fail to have proper control
rr20 110kmh/60
r.50 - number plate not displayed
r.46 not indicating
Sorry, looks like I saved him from minimum 12 months, not 6!
Hey - at least he was sober and had a licence!
